Code of Conduct:

By registering and participating in this workshop you agree to the following. Please read carefully as this is important.

In the following "I", pertains and corresponds to you, or anyone who registers and participates in the workshop:

1. The workshop will contain instances in which participants share their own ideas and artwork.
I, the participant, understand this as intellectual property that belongs to the respective artist or party it originated from, and will do my part in protecting and defending it as such.

2. I, the participant, will not, under any circumstance, knowingly steal any of my fellow participant’s ideas as my own, or expose them outside of the classroom. I will only share the projects of my fellow participants when there is explicit consent from the said participant, or if the project has already been publicly shared under the authority of said participant.

3. In cases where I, the participant, see the unethical use (as laid out above) of another participant's intellectual property, I, within the bounds that I am comfortable with and consent to, will do my part in protecting said participant’s right to said intellectual property.

4. I, the participant, understand that feedback given, strictly within the bounds of the specific project discussed, in the form of idea generation, whether it be in the form of verbal communication or visual material, is for the fair use of the receiver of said feedback and their project.

5. I, the participant, will respect other participants as individual artists and treat and communicate with them in this regard.
I understand that the workshop is a safe space to express creative concerns within the subject matter of the workshop, and I will do my part, within the bounds that I am comfortable with and consent to, to respect it as such.

6. Any further conversation held outside of the workshop between two or more participants will be understood as separate in its entirety from the workshop, and the workshop will not be held accountable for actions between participants outside of the workshop.

If for whatever reason you decide to cancel your registration for the workshop, refunds will be made in full until after the completion of the first live session, but not before the completion of the second live session of the workshop.

Participants withdrawing after the completion of the second live session, but before the third live session, will receive a partial refund, with the deduction of 200 USD.

Due to the limited number of spaces within the workshop and highly customized curriculum, there will be no refunds made after the completion of the third live session of the workshop.
